Project Overview: A modern open-plan transformation

Objective

To create a 2D floor plan and complete 3D model of a single-level apartment complete with fixed architectural elements of kitchen and laundry cabinetry, benchtops, bathroom vanity and sanitary features.

Project Requirements

Floor Plan: Create a rendered floor plan of a 3D Model to show the overall layout of the apartment, with dimensions and notations as required.

Kitchen Elevation: To provide the relevant kitchen elevations of the proposed design

Perspectives: From the 3D Model created and decorated, several 3D perspective images were required to communicate the design proposal.
